If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us and we will make it right. Since these items are made to order, they are not eligible for refunds. In case of defect, you will be sent an expedited replacement at Silt's cost upon receipt of the original item.
All parcels are shipped in recycled, small shipping boxes via USPS first-class mail and priority mail. USPS is experiencing delays due to Covid-19, in addition to delayed scanning for tracking. Our working turnaround time is 2-3 weeks for all orders. If you need your purchase by a certain date, please message us and we can expedite your order based on availability/in-stock items.
