All parcels are shipped in recycled, small shipping boxes via USPS first-class mail and priority mail. USPS is experiencing delays due to Covid-19, in addition to delayed scanning for tracking. Our working turnaround time is 2-3 weeks for all orders. If you need your purchase by a certain date, please message us and we can expedite your order based on availability/in-stock items. All packages are insured and replaced upon damage or loss during transit. 

Remove all jewelry before showering, bathing or swimming. Polish silver or gold pieces with a polishing cloth. Clean only in warm water and avoid harsh chemical cleaners, cosmetics or perfumes. Use rubbing alcohol when cleaning earrings backings and posts. These care instructions will ensure the longevity of your jewelry.
